West 10th and Maple by Pinnacle Development
Kitsilano doesn’t have as much land left as many other neighbourhoods in the city so new developments, especially on a large scale, don’t happen too often. Having said that, Pinnacle Development is building a large new development at West 10th and Maple. Pinnacle International is the same development company that built Pinnacle Living at 2080 W Broadway so the floor plans will be similar, along with the style of building. West 10th and Maple is still under construction, with estimated completion Winter 2016 or Spring 2017. The building will have a few different addresses, especially between the building and townhouses, though the main address will be 2033 West 10th Ave.
West 10th and Maple will be about 145 units across a multi-level, concrete, LEED Silver building with 6 and 7 storeys. The building will have 2 bedroom townhouses, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom units with up to 1600sqft. The developers offered units for sale in the building with the ability to customize and/or combine units to create larger suites.
The building will offer underground parking, storage and bike lockers. The amenities will include a fitness centre, clubhouse lounge, pool table, guest suites, private boardroom, children’s play area, garden and outdoor living space.
Interior Finishings at West 10th and Maple
The interiors of West 10th and Maple may include the following features (subject to change):

At this point in time, buying into West 10th and Maple means you’re buying the unit as a pre-sale from the Developer. This process is slightly different from purchasing a re-sale unit and requires a deft eye with the Developer’s contract and specific questions so you know exactly what you’re buying into.
