Moreover, it is exceptionally rare for a multi-family building to be downgraded to single-family houses through redevelopment for fewer households. But that is the case for the redevelopment of 1000 Cypress Street — located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Cypress Street, immediately south of the Vancouver Maritime Museum within Kitsilano Point.
