Bishop’s Restaurant has been closed for nearly two months but plans to re-open to offer take-away meals. These were supposed to be the final, celebratory months of dining at veteran Kitsilano restaurant Bishop’s – but COVID-19 had other plans for the beloved eatery. Closed since mid-March due to the city and provincial restrictions on dine-in business, Bishop’s has just revealed they will be re-opening – before closing – to offer an “at-home” menu. Bishop’s is now offering food to enjoy at home with curbside pick-up available Tuesday through Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.
