This weekend I was out on tour with some buyers. We ended up seeing numerous homes and open houses but one stood out for it’s quintessential Kitsilano character and charm.
Built in 1924 and ripped to the studs and renovated with permits last year, this home has managed to include everything you’ve come to expect from modern living but retain the charm that Kitsilano is so well know for.
I particularly like the attention to the craftsman woodworking aspect of the home. This includes all the natural cedar wood used on the front porch, which they have carried into the foyer with a custom built closet and bench seating.
Here’s what the Listings realtors say:
Luxurious renovation by Noort Homes. One level living plus 2 additional bedrooms on lower level. Plus a 2 bedroom legal suite (approx 610 sq.ft.) with separate entrance. Brand new garage.
