Museum of Vancouver

Back to Blog

Haven't been to the Museum of Vancouver recently? Make your way there soon as the Vancouver Olympics Legacy Collection ends February 15th. Reminisce about the 2010 Winter Olympics though images and artifacts from the magical two weeks of international competition and revelry. The collection is owned by the Canadian Olympic Committee, so it is sure to include some good pieces.

See the link to the exhibit here.

One collection ends, so another can begin. Look ahead to March 8th, when the Art Deco Chic exhibit displays 66 beautiful garments from the design period that started in 1920s Paris. Pieces from Vancouver during that era will also be displayed.

The Museum of Vancouver is located at 1100 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, BC, just off the Kitsilano Seawall new Granville Island.
