York
With 6 units (and 3 storeys) ranging from $899,000 to $1,438,000 in price and 1060 to 1644 sq.ft., this development isn’t for everyone. Kits360 is one of the newest developments in Kitsilano, located at Burrard and 7th. Blanc Modern is a new, smaller building in Kits, located on West 2nd near Cypress to be open for occupancy in the Fall of 2012. It will consist of 9 townhomes, and with a name like Blanc Modern, expect contemporary architecture, clean lines and white interiors. Most of the townhomes have rooftop decks (some with frieplaces).
