Sleek and modern interior design styles are highlighted with custom walnut millwork, architectural concrete flooring, kitchen equipped with European designer appliances, hand set porcelain and glass tiled bathrooms with heated limestone flooring. Direct elevator access to each suite and state-of-the-art building security give you a great sense of privacy. These don't hit the market often, and come with a hefty price tag at close to $2 million, but they are special homes to be sure! Capers 1979 Yew St. 2255 W 4th Ave Built in 1994, this concrete building is quite literally located in the heart of Kitsilano. Directly above Capers, Kitsilano Wine Cellar, and all the other great amenities that can be found on this block, a car is truly unnecessary here! Tropez 2263 Redbud Ln This quality award winning concrete building, built by Concert Properties, is ideally situated in the quiet inner pocket of the ever-desirable Arbutus Walk neighbourhood. High ceilings are found throughout the buidling and pets are welcome. This building provides a terrific option for young professionals and those starting a family. Bridgewater 3161 W 4th Built by Bosa in 2000, with rainscreen technology, this boutique building offers a collection of townhomes and condos that offer a distinctively Westcoast feel. Many of the North facing units here get spectacular views while many of the townhomes units boasts great outdoor space. A common roof top patio is fabulous for catching some sunshine in the summer! Delano 3083, 3023, 2983 W 4th Ave The Polgon built complex consists of 3 separate buildings that share a common fitness centre and hot tub. The complex initially had some issues, but was rainscreened to the highest standards in 2003/2004 and is now an extremely well maintained complex. The top floor units offer vaulted ceilings and, from the North side, great views. Many of the ground floor units have fabulous outdoor space. Pets and rentals allowed. Green Wood York 2455 York This newly rainscreened boutique building consists of just 17 units, mostly 2 level townhomes and lofts, and offers some of the most unique floorplans in Kitsilano. The location doesn't get much better either, being just a block from the beach and a short stroll to 4th Ave. Pets allowed. Rentals are allowed with restrictions. Greenwich 1858, 1868 W 5th Ave This 2 building Craftsman style complex, built by Polygon with rainscreen technology, is highly sought after due to its stellar location, contemporary styling and stand out architecture (by Kits standards anyway...). Pets and rentals are both welcomed here, and each unit has a generous sized patio space. The top floor units here are outstanding. Canvas 2166 W 8th Ave Canvas is a unique collection of 18 modern townhomes that boasts some rather elegant interior stylings. Features such as floating staircases, 10' ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, wide-plank hardwood floors, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances are the highlights. Most of the units here are 3 level 2 bedroom townhomes with a large rec room 2 full bathrooms and secure underground parking. A great alternative to a more expensive detached home. Lofts in Kits 2088 W 11th Ave One of the only buildings in Kitsilano, and the only newer building that we can think of, that offers legitimate loft space. While you will pick up some traffic noise from Arbutus, the unique floorplans and loft feeling offer some huge potential. New Yorker 2655 Cranberry St Another quality concrete building, this one built by Bastion, over-looking the quiet greenway in Arbutus Walk. High ceilings and modern stylings complement the contemporary building design. A great collection of efficient and spacious floorplans as well. | |||
