Located at the corner of Balsam and York, you are steps to the beach and only a few blocks to the amenities of 4th Ave - grocery, restaurants and shops. The building features 1 and 2 bedroom units, with (some covered) balconies, wood burning fireplaces, secure undeground parking and storage lockers. Thanks to the building's age, the rooms are generously sized and feture lots of storage space, and some units have been fully renovated. Rentals are not allowed and pets are restricted based on size.

Located at Balsam and 1st, you are only a few blocks to both the beach and the amenities of 4th Ave - grocery, shops and restaurants. The rain screened building at 1988 Maple offers 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms units. The building has storage and parking, and both pets and rentals are allowed. The building got a new roof in 2004, and maintenance fees include gas, hot water and management.
2015 West 3rd

The building at 2015 West 3rd is a self managed 12 unit complex. Rentals are not allowed, and 1 pet is allowed (cats are okay, and dogs are allowed with approval). Enjoy the North of 4th location, being blocks to Kits Beach and the best of 4th Ave. This building has parking and storage lockers, and the units have large rooms, lots of windows and good balconies. Low maintenance fees cover the building improvements. Roof was done in 2004, and the building was painted in 2006.

2045 Dunbar is a small, 5 unit complex. The units are bright, updated and have good floorplans. The well maintained building offers parking. Top floor units have skylgihts, 2 levels and multiple balconies with elevator access to your suite.Al units have 2 bedrooms. Maintenance fees include gas and hot water. Rentals are allowed, and 1 pet is allowed.
2100 West 3rd
2100 3RD Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6K 1L1
The building at 2100 West 3rd is old, but still in great shape. Located at 3rd and Arbutus, just a few blocks to the beach, and shops and restaurants on 4th Ave. Lots of the units have been renovated, and they offer quite a bit of space with high square footages and great patio's and balconies (ground level units may also have gardens). Renatls are allowed, and only cats are permitted (no dogs). Building offers storage lockers and parking.
2287 West 3rd
2287 3RD Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6K 1L5
2287 West 3rd Ave sits between 4th Ave and Kits Beach. Ground floor units have good sized patios and private entrances, other units have covered balconies, penthouses have skylights and lots of good windows taking advantage of the view. Units have fireplaces (wood burning). The building is fully rain screened and has been well taken care of (it's fairly small, with only 10 units and 3 stories). It also offers parking (some units have 2 spots) and storage lockers. Maintenance fees inlcude gardening, hot water and management.
2298 West 1st

2298 West 1st Ave is a smaller, 16 unit condo building in Vancouver. The building has units with wonderful wrap around windows and big living spaces. Units have insuite laundry, parking and storage lockers. Rentals are allowed and pets are allowed (though dogs are not). Maintenance fees include gas, hot water and management.
2450 Cornwall
2450 CORNWALL Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6K 1B8
2450 Cornwall is well located near Kits Beach and all the amenities of the area just a few blocks to 4th Ave. The building features parking, storage lockers, bike room and shared laundry on each floor. There are bachelor's, 1 and 2 bedroom units in this building, and ground level units have good sozed patios. The building is well maintained and strata fees include heat, hot water, gardening, management and caretaker. The building also has a common roof top deck for all residents.
2466 West 3rd Ave
2466 3RD Avenue West, VANCOUVER, BC V6K 1L8
2466 West 3rd Ave has 1 and 2 bedroom units, some have in suite laundry, fireplaces (some wood burning) and there is parking and storage locker. Thanks to the older floorplans, the rooms are large and can fit house sized furniture. Good sized balconies. Rentals are not allowed, and only cats are allowed. The building is self managed, but in good shape, with a new roof in 2010/2011 and low maintenance fees.
2475 York Ave
2475 YORK Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6K 1C9
2475 York Ave is an older building that offers some good outdoor spaces for ground level units, some wrap around balconies, a common rooftop patio and 1 and 2 bedroom units. The units have in suite laundry, gas fireplaces, parking and storage. You are a block to the amenities of Kits Beach and only a few blocks to all the great shopping, restaurants, and more on 4th Ave. Only a certain number of rentals are allowed in the building, and and 1 dog or 2 cats are allowed. The building is self managed and heat and hot water are included in the maintenance fees.
2507 West 8th

This is a prime townhouse in Kitsilano, located at West 8th and Larch, the complex consists of 3 units at 2505 to 2507 W 8th Ave and 1 unit at 2355 Larch St. A quality built home, still covered by the remaining of the 2-5-10 year warranty. Carriage House is one of the taller condo buildings in Kitsilano, being 11 sotries high. Enjoy the great location, and amenities including an outdoor pool, sauna, tenns court, entertainment room, secure parking, storage and bike rooms. This building offers great views of the city, mountains and ocean from most units. You are a few blocks to the Kits Beach and only one block to 4th Ave. Some units have in suite laundry, and there is shared laundry in the building for the units that don't. The building offers large 1 and 2 bedroom suites, and decent sized balconies. Maintenance fees include heat, hot water, gardening, caretaker, recreation facilities, management and gardening.
Cedar Mews

This initimate Heritage conversion development, Cedar Mews, features exceptional layouts, exposed brick, big windows overlooking lush gardens and and a large common rooftop deck (with BBQ and furniture). Note this is an age restricted building (19+), pets are not allowed and rentals are restricted. Being one of the higher buildings in Kitsilano (and located on the hill between the beach and 4th Ave) this building offers fantastic views on most floors. Units offer decent sized balconies, big windows and some have in suite laundry. There are 1 and 2 bedroom units in this building. Maintenance fees include heat, hot water, gardening, caretaker, recreation facility and management.
Collingwood Gardens
3506 4TH Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6R 1N8
Collingwood Gardens is located next to McBride Park, a few blocks to Jericho Beach and across the street from a grocery store and pharmacy. The building offers secure parking, bike rooms and storage lockers. Units facing 4th Ave will experience more traffic noise than those facing McBride Park. Some units have wood burning fireplaces, and large rooms thanks to the older floor plans. Some units are renovated with newer finishings, fixtures, in suite laundry and fireplaces. There is shared laundry in the building for those without in suite. 1 pet is allowed (cats and dogs are okay), and rentals are welcome.
Connaught
2268 12TH Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6K 2N5
The Connaught in the Arbutus Walk neighbourhood of Kitsilano is a partially rain screened (in 2008 with a warranty) wood constuction, brick building. Parking and storage is available in the building. The balconies have been completely re done in the last few years (as of 2012). The units have in suite laundry. Rentals are restricted to 5 in the building and 2 pets are allowed. Maintenance fee includes gas, gardening, management.
Connaught Gardens
2121 6TH Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6K 1V5
Connaught Gardens is an older building, but has a newer roof, plumbing, carpets and upgraded elevator (as of 2012). Only 1 pet and 1 rental is allowed. The building comes with underbuilding parking, storage, bike room, and shared laundry. The large interior spaces can carry house sized furniture, and the balcony's are narrow but large. Maintenance fee includes hot water, caretaker, management, heat and gardening.
Connaught Place

Welcome to Connaught Place in the Arbutus Walk neighbourhood, a pet and rental friendly building. This is a great looking building with nice interior spaces, good outlooks, high ceilings and some units with multiple patios. In suite laundry, underground parking (and visitor parking) and and storage are available. Maintenance fees include gas, hot water, management and gardening.
Connaught Point
2288 12TH Avenue West, Vancouver, BC V6K 4R2
Right in the desirable Arbutus Walk area, Connaught Point is a fully rainscreened building. Units comes with in suite laundry, and have access to the underground parking and bike room. Look for a unit that doesn't face West 12th, as it will be quieter. Good sized patios and balcony's. Rentals are not allowed, and pets are restricted. Maintenance fee includes gas, management, gardening and garbage pickup.
Coral Court
