This 1 bedroom Kits condo is a great option, for a number of reasons – including the $389,900 price! The classic floor plan is a space large enough to fit big furniture with space for a proper dining room and large living room. The wall separating the kitchen and living space can easily come down if you want to do a renovation to give the space a modern kitchen island, but given the existing updates to the kitchen, it’s already an open concept space with lots of storage and a good flow. The living room opens onto the East facing balcony, which can easily fit a few chairs and a table to enjoy the afternoon outside. The master bedroom is big with a good closet and lots of room for a large bed and extra dressers. The bathroom is big, with a fill size vanity and a ton of storage options.
