It was listed for $419,000 and sold 28 days later for $415,000.
The most expensive townhouse sold in Kitsilano last month was in one of my favourite complexes on Vine, just south of Broadway. The homes are luxurious and New York inspired with 4 levels, and 2800sqft. Inside, the finishings are of high quality with a great, classic floor plan. The unit comes with an attached double garage. These homes are near Arbutus Walk and the amenities found on W Broadway. They are pretty unique in Vancouver. It was listed for $1,995,000 and sold 74 days later for $1,900,000.
