Kits Condos saw a slight increase in sales over July 2012 and the same numbers as last month. Pair that with fairly significant increases in average and median prices (leading to a 10% increase in price per sqft) and fewer days on market and this market is performing well, with clear interest from Buyers. The best performing market this month was the $425k to $600k market, which is a change from last month where the most affordable market was the big draw (and by far). This is very typical ebb and flow in a market where there is quite a bit of condo options under $600k. So although the average price landed above $500k this month, there are still many options under $400k.
