One thing to be looking for is a solid building. If the building has seen some of the major projects completed in the last few years, then you know you’ve avoided a large cost and living through the updates. This 2 bedroom unit in the Madison has over 1015sqft with 2 large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The unit itself has a lot of great features including gleaming hardwood floors, a renovated kitchen with lots of storage and updated bathrooms. The master bedroom is massive, with access to the balcony. Though it does face south to West 4th Ave, the sound isn’t too bad. The floor plan has a great flow and the unit is bright – it’s in better, cleaner condition than the unit above. The home comes with 1 parking, but no storage, and allows pets and rentals.
